All quotations, proposals, timelines, and estimates are provided in good faith and may change until a formal agreement has been accepted.
Unless otherwise stated, pricing does not include printing, manufacturing, shipping, taxes, or third-party licensing costs.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete project information, including:

Branding assets
Logos
Text content
Technical requirements
Print specifications
Reference materials
Project timelines may be affected by delays in receiving required information or approvals.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
Preliminary concepts and unused design directions remain the intellectual property of DID90° Agency.
Ownership of the approved final design transfers to the client upon full payment.
Editable source files are not automatically included with project delivery.
If requested, source files may be provided under a separate agreement.
Portfolio Rights
We are proud of the work we create and may showcase completed projects in our portfolio, website, presentations, or marketing materials only when:
The client has granted permission, or
The project is not protected by a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
Projects covered by confidentiality agreements will never be published without written approval.
Confidentiality
We treat all client information with care.
Any confidential information shared during a project will remain confidential and will not be disclosed unless required by law or authorized by the client.
If a signed NDA exists, its terms take precedence over these Terms & Conditions.
AI-Assisted Workflow
DID90° Agency may use AI-powered tools in a limited capacity to support research, ideation, and workflow efficiency.
Every deliverable is reviewed, refined, and approved by our designers before delivery.
Confidential client information is not intentionally submitted to AI systems where doing so would violate contractual obligations or applicable NDAs.

Unless otherwise agreed, clients are responsible for obtaining any required commercial licenses.
